In the two Albertson's closest to my home, there
is a specialty foods aisle where gluten-free flours,
chips, crackers, cookies and cereals are located.
Albertson's also several of Amy's gluten-free
frozen foods and Van's gluten-free waffles. Some
of the stores have Food for Life Brown Rice
Bread.
Update: As of March, 2011 the two stores near me carry a wide variety of gluten-free foods in their healthier food sections. In fact, there are so many gluten-free product on the shelves that they are too numerous to list.
