Gluten Free Albuquerque

Albuquerque is fortunate to have several bakeries that offer delicious gluten-free baked goods freshly prepared on their premises. I have only tasted products from the following two bakeries but watch this space for additional bakery reviews. You need to plan ahead when you want to fill your pantry with gluten-free goodies because both bakeries require that you place your orders in advance.

If you would like to select from a wide variety of bakery items but did not have the forethought to place an advance order, visit the freezer section of your nearest Whole Foods. There you will find Gluten Free Bakehouse breads, cookies, pies and more. Everything I've tried made under the Gluten Free Bakehouse label has been quite good.
