Gluten Free Albuquerque
The Benalillo Cooperative Extension Service offers a
variety of classes and has offered a workshop for those
of us interested in improving our gluten-free living
skiils. The workshop covered gluten free cooking and
baking, tips to help manage a gluten-free diet and
provide samples of bread and other gluten-free foods.
At $5 per session, these are the most reasonably priced gluten-free cooking class I've encountered. I have found workshops offered by this organization to be excellent.
Classes are held in the 4H Building at 1500 Menaul NW.
