The gluten-free
potluck buffet
The Gluten Intolerance Support Group in Albuquerque is a
chapter of the Celiac Sprue Association/USA and is over 150
members strong as of the beginning of 2012. The
organization is run by volunteers.
The Group meets at noon on the 4th Saturday of each month, with the exception of December, for a potluck luncheon. Those attending the meeting need to bring a gluten-free dish to share along with their own plate, utensils and beverage. The March 24 meeting will be held at Bear Canyon Senior Center.

When you become a member of the group, you will receive
a new patient information packet as well as a bi-monthly
newsletter. The newsletter contains general information
and recipes submitted by members along with information
about new GF products and services.
As of January, 2012, there is not a permanent site for
the meetings. If you are interested in attending any of
