PF Chang's has the largest gluten-free menu available
at any restaurant in Albuquerque. It is complete with
appetizers, entrees, sides dishes, and the decadent
gluten-free Flourless Chocolate Dome pictured here. As
of March, 2010, PF Chang's menu includes 28
gluten-free choices with the addition of five new beef
dishes.
The servers are well-educated on gluten-free eating and the kitchen is set up so that gluten-free food preparation is done separately. Before your appetizer and meal arrive, the server will deliver gluten-free soy sauce. Then whatever you choose to order will not only be excellent and taste at least as good as the original version, it will also be served on plates that are slightly different from everyone else's plate. The gluten-free menu is so complete that I haven't tried everything yet. But I have had the pleasure of eating Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Chang's Lemon Scallops, the all vegetable Buddha's Feast that is pictured here and Chang's Spicy Chicken. PF Chang's offers us a wide variety of superb food prepared with the utmost care. What a gift!
Update: In March, 2011 I discovered that the Chocolate Moose mini is gluten free in addition to the Flourless Chocolate Dome cake.
