The Smith's near my home has a fairly large area
dedicated to specialty foods. This includes
packaged and frozen gluten-free products. There is
a decent selection of gluten-free baking mixes and
flours, a few cereals, several boxed soups and
some cookies, snack foods and protein bars. The
freezer section has gluten-free waffles, Food For
Life breads and Amy's gluten-free frozen foods.
